The Institute of Human Anatomy is an educational YouTube channel that has consistently produced weekly for years. Despite the steady output, the channel had plateaued in performance and wasn’t reaching its full potential.

We helped the channel’s creator, Jeremy identify key areas of improvements which include thumbnails creation, keeping retention high with improved video editing and scripts and identifying formats that would be outliers for the channel.
